requiring a great deal of upper body strength in conjunction with incredible core strength |
executing high-difficulty tumbling (obviously not me wearing the black shorts) |
spiraling in the air tumbling and twisting on the high beam |
coming back out of a reverse handstand with minimal swing to receive high scores |
