Berry Picking Class (and buffet)

"We are bound by a small, sometimes magical fruit called the strawberry. This fruit has the power to make tears dry up, make friends with enemies, make sick people feel better, make the elderly feel younger by bringing back pleasant memories of days gone by, make acquaintances of strangers, and above all make little children smile. What other fruit has that power?"

Right before the hail storm...(we would soon be y-e-l-l-i-n-g to hear each other in the kitchen)

'swim against the tide'

Christy gave me the above idea awhile back...
LDC and I finally got around to picking up a sheet of acrylic glass and then rummaging through Andy's lumber in the garage.

VoilĂ !

Hose off and start your art work all over again.

Christy's tips...They key to the plexiglass is the use of a squeegee. If you don't have one, you MUST get one-even if she appears satisfied without. Every kid in that joint fought over the squeegees. Also, you can make a "print" of her work by just pressing paper on it.
