With the temperatures headed back up near 80 degrees (?!), we had AVW over for a Christmas-messy-play in the backyard.

Red Fizzing ornaments (vinegar with red food coloring + a cookie cutter full of baking soda)

Personal Assistant

Woo-hoo. 
Instead of a toddler underfoot- I now have a personal assistant this holiday...My PA this month has been an essential attribute in getting the season underway.

Tasks have included:
Helping me wrap gifts (Understanding the Organization's Objectives)
Someone to chat with while waiting in the massive line at the post office (Administration Support)
Making Christmas cookies (Organizing, Maintaining and Keeping an Appointment)
Decorating a Christmas tree (Well Prepared for Meetings)
